Kataria Industries was incorporated in 2004 with the objective of manufacturing and supplying various types of ingots, including those made from iron, steel, copper, bronze, aluminum, and other ferrous and non-ferrous materials. We also focused on the drawing of wires, pipes, and tubes made from these materials, along with the production of various plastic products.

Initially, our company operated two separate divisions: the Plastic Division and the Wind Mill Division. However, to concentrate on our core business competencies and explore strategic growth options, we decided to transfer these divisions. Effective from October 1, 2013, the Plastic Division was transferred to Kataria Plastics Private Limited, and the Wind Mill Division to Shree Hanuman Mining Corporation Private Limited. This restructuring was done following an order passed on September 11, 2014, by the Hon’ble Madhya Pradesh High Court, in accordance with the Scheme of Arrangement and Demerger.

In the financial year 2022-23, we acquired a wind farm with a capacity of 0.80 MW located in Karnawad Village, Bagli Tehsil, in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh. This wind farm is used for captive consumption of electricity at our manufacturing plant in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh. The acquisition was formalized through a Supplementary Power Purchase and Wheeling Agreement (PPWA) executed on October 18, 2022.

Kataria Industries is engaged in the manufacturing and supply of Low Relaxation Pre-stressed Concrete (LRPC) Strands and Steel Wires, Post-tensioning (PT) Anchorage Systems (including Anchor Cones, Anchor Heads, and Wedges), HDPE Single Wall Corrugated (SWC) Sheathing Ducts, Couplers, and Aluminium Conductors. Our wide variety of products are utilized in various sectors including Infrastructure, Roads – Bridges & Flyovers, Metros, Railways, High Rise Buildings, Atomic Reactors, LNG Tanks, Power Transmission & Distribution Lines, and more.

Our products are certified by ISO 9001:2015 for quality management systems. We operate two manufacturing plants, both situated in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh. These plants are well equipped with essential machinery, infrastructure, and an in-house testing facility, ensuring that our products conform to the requisite standards.

Key Milestones

• FY 2019-20: We expanded our wire division capacity from 7,830 MT to 19,830 MT.
• FY 2021-22: We further increased our capacity to 38,000 MT. Additionally, we began the production of Post-tensioning Anchorage and SWC Sheathing Duct & Coupler to complement our LRPC steel strands.

During the last three fiscal years (FY 2020-21 to FY 2023-24), we have sold our products in India and internationally, including markets such as Dubai, Qatar, Nepal, Iran, Oman, Bahrain, and Brazil.
